Editorial Policy

This page explains how the content and calculators on Peptide Calculate are produced, and what standard they are held to.

What this site publishes

Every calculator on this site implements a fixed, published arithmetic formula — for example, concentration as mass divided by solvent volume, or molecular weight as the sum of residue masses plus water. Formulas are documented alongside the calculator that uses them. Guides explain how to use the calculators and the units involved; they do not contain dosing recommendations.

How accuracy is checked

Calculator logic is covered by an automated test suite that checks each formula against known reference values before it ships. Any change to a calculator's math must pass that suite. This verifies arithmetic correctness; it is not a substitute for clinical or scientific review.

Medical review

At this time, no page on this site has been reviewed by a named, licensed clinician, and no page claims otherwise. If and when a named reviewer signs off on a specific page, that page — and only that page — will say so, with the reviewer's name and credentials disclosed.

Corrections

If you find an error in a formula, a unit conversion, or written content, please report it via the contact page. Corrections to calculator logic are prioritized over content edits.
